Before I joined Lean and Lethal, I felt like I didn’t have the time to go to the gym. I felt like I knew nothing about nutrition, and that fitness seemed to unattainable to a very busy father of two with a full time job like me. I also didn’t know what workouts to even do if I was to go to the gym. With the help of the Lean and Lethal program and coaching, I was able to clean up my diet, get into a gym schedule that worked with my busy life (only 30min three days/week), and overcome mental barriers that have been blocking me for years. The support and personalized coaching plan tackled all of my hesitations and obstacles head on and helped me get on a path to fitness and health I never thought I could be on.The results are incredible. I have more energy for my work day, for regular household chores, and most importantly, the energy my kids deserve to play with them and be the best dad I can be. Mentally, it has transformed my life. For the first time in years (maybe ever) I feel confident in my physical appearance and my body. I am no longer the skinny “stick man” with no muscle that I have been my whole life. I have built muscle I can be proud of and confident in.The results have also helped other areas of my life. I learned I have become more disciplined, resilient, and tough with whatever challenges life throws at me because of the healthy habits I have developed.I could not recommend this program more.
