Our family received military orders to relocate to Colorado Springs from Rhode Island in the spring of 2025. We found Ted and his team through a family member that is a realtor in California and set up a series of calls from afar. We told Ted what we were interested in and the areas we’d like to look into, setup a trip and flew to the springs to meet with him. My wife and I arrived on a Saturday night and met Ted and his wife the next day at noon to begin looking at homes. He took us to see 8 house in 4 hours that day, and we saw 3 more the next, two of which we had viewed the day prior. By Monday evening we had put in an offer on a home and by Wednesday we were under contract. We flew back to Rhode Island and Ted assisted us through the process from long distance and helped us with gaining access prior to closing for contractors to price out updates we wanted to make. We even moved up our closing with his help to accompany much earlier Military Move schedule than first anticipated.Following our arrival in June of 2025, Ted continues to check-in with us on the home. He even recommended some local mortgage lenders for refinancing opportunities whom we have reached out to.Ted and Co. are wonderful. Our family had a fantastic experience and would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Colorado Springs area. His knowledge of the area and market are unmatched.
