Ted, Janet, and his team have helped us buy two houses in the now 4 years we've known each other and he is always on top of his game. He communicates well, offers advice when necessary, and always uses sound reasoning when negotiating. He also has many professionals that we have used to update our properties, prepare for rentals, do upgrades, etc. We can't recommend him and his team enough!
