Eric has come to my home now three times to do my sharpening and even take a look at any tools to make sure they are in tip top shape. He’s very timely, efficient, and really takes his time when he’s working on your job. He truly cares and pays attention to detail. He never seems rushed. I am super happy with Eric and his sharpening skills! We had a 8:00 am appointment. He was on time and listened to everything I told him about my scissors and blades. He was honest and worked for about 2 hours and then he showed me everything he did and explained things in full detail to me. This has been the BEST sharpening experience that I have ever had!
