I am super happy with Eric and his sharpening skills! We had a 8:00 am appointment. He was on time and listened to everything I told him about my scissors and blades. He was honest and worked for about 2 hours and then he showed me everything he did and explained things in full detail to me. This has been the BEST sharpening experience that I have ever had! I scheduled my next appointment with him also. My tools are so sharp and feel like they are brand new! Thank you Eric for taking time to educate me and doing an awesome job! Your my guy!!😊

Eric has come to my home now twice to do my sharpening and even take a look at any tools to make sure they are in tip top shape. He’s very timely, efficient, and really takes his time when he’s working on your job. He truly cares and pays attention to detail. He never seems rushed. It’s hard to come by great customer service these days, that dont seem rushed or personable, so I’m happy to have found them, and be a customer to Blade Hub. Thank you for taking great care.
