This is my first ever 1 star review… I hate to do this but this was without a doubt the most disgusted I’ve ever been with a company in my life.I hired busy moms red deer cleaning for an 800sqft mobile home that was unfurnished. The condition was lived in but nothing worse than the standard dust on window sills, floors that needed to be vacuumed, etc. just the standard. I did the 4 hour service as opposed to the “full finish” as I thought no way in a million years would it take longer than 2.5 hours let alone 4 hours to clean this property. Again, it was in very respectable condition with no roadblocks or areas to get in between.I received a message about 2 hours in that things were going well and the cleaning should be done with time to spare. Fantastic.As hour 4 pulled around I was advised that the company needed around another hour and there would be a large upcharge per hour. It seemed calculated and made no sense. I’ve had the cleaning pros in red deer clean a property 3 times the size in 4 hours and actually do a good job.So I said no I’m not paying past the 4 hours to walk into the property and see that no dusting had been done, no vacuuming or mopping had been done etc. the only difference in a 4 hour service was the countertops and bathroom looked more shiney. Now if my standards were dirt low this would make me happy. But if it takes you 4 hours to clean a single bathroom and a 200 square foot kitchen, something else must be going on.When I asked what she had been doing for 4 hours I received the answer of “removing grease marks” from the kitchen. I’ve dealt with grease and know for a fact that is not a 4 hour job. Just so disappointing to spend as much as I did for a service as poor as this. As a realtor with many connections, I will never in a million years refer this company to anyone. I say this because I have seen worse condition be done at a better speed and cheaper cost. Buyer beware. (I tried to resolve this in house before leaving a review.)
