Zane was highly responsive and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, making the whole transaction seamless. We really appreciated the tips on preventative maintenance, along with the detailed report of the work done and the comprehensive assessment of our bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend if you need mould removal! He doesn’t just show up and tick the boxes, he communicates consistently throughout the job and genuinely over-delivers on his promises.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Zane recently. He was quick to respond to my messages and questions and was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process.During his assessment, Zane identified mould in multiple areas of our home, including our children’s playroom and bedrooms, that I hadn’t even noticed. I really appreciated the time he took not only to point out these areas, but also to explain possible causes, ways we could prevent the mould from returning, and the importance of getting to the source of the problem. After months of unsuccessful attempts to remove the mould myself, Zane did a fantastic job treating and cleaning the affected areas. He also provided before-and-after photos, and the areas that were previously mould-affected are now spotless.Having the mould properly dealt with has given me immense peace of mind regarding our family’s health and our home. My only regret is that I didn’t contact Zane sooner. I would happily recommend him to anyone dealing with mould in their home.
