Best contractor we’ve ever used. We were leery of any remodelers as we’ve always been left unimpressed. Sarasota Kitchens impressed us from the beginning with their professional illustrations. They set us up with a flooring craftsman that went beyond our expectations. Their cabinet installers were meticulous and the cabinets themselves were solid. As would be expected, we contacted them throughout the process and they never made us feel as if we were bothering them or outstaying our welcome.They allowed us to do the tear out and rebuild of drywall and gave us ample credit. Others were obviously not interested in us doing any of the work.We are completely satisfied with the end product.

I was sales man of Sarasota Kitchen Company for over 15 months. I handle most of the sales so I offer this: Please Beware doing business with them. I worked with some very special customers only to have them let down by the company owners. It came to my attention only recently that the company would hold deposits for months before ordering cabinets. in some cases over 10 months. One of my very good customers waited patiently for 11 months before finally cancelling. The company had nearly $50,000 of their money during this time. Finally they had enough and cancelled the cabinet order demanding a 100% refund. It wasn’t until water my customers hiring an attorney and my persistent calls and text messages that the money was returned. This is not an isolated case so please due proper due diligence. There are lots of good kitchen companies so be sure to always get 3 independent estimates when doing a kitchen.Good luck,Tony

Not very happy with the process and outcome. First I’d said we were leaving for the summer and was assured the job could be finished before that date, I’d asked for and was told a custom cabinet would be made to accommodate a vacuum and broom closet. What they put in was too short and too small. The job was not finished until almost 2 months after we left. The drywall was left unfinished, the trim unfinished, they threw out my garbage disposal, they installed a cheap sink that holds stains, even tho I had purchased a sink to be installed and was left next to the kitchen. After contacting them several times, the drywall and trim got finished, garbage disposal was replaced, and they took a shelf out of the closet to accommodate a broom, but it will not fit even the smallest vacuum, and was told in order to put in the sink I had purchased, the countertop would chip because it would have to be removed, so I have to make do, sorry they didn’t see it sitting right there. For a $40,000 kitchen I feel very unhappy with the result. I understood I would do any painting but the drywall was not finished and had a different texture that paint would not cover. They did come back after I complained and touched up and textured the drywall.

This company is a total scam. I confirmed the cabinet facing design Jan 16, 2025, paid a 58k deposit on Jan 30, 2025. They promised the kitchen would be INSTALLED by May 31, 2025. Fast forward to today and I literally don't even have a proper cabinet sample 7 months later. Let alone a kitchen.I have already gone with another company and took me 8 days to get proper samples vs. 7 months and none.I will be launching criminal and civil action against the company. If you had a similar experience please contact me as the Sheriff will want to know.

I just want to share how very pleased we are with Sarasota Kitchen Company. I went in their showroom in Sarasota and met Fabiana (Ana) and she walked me through some samples for new countertops. I wanted to replace my granite countertops, and my backsplash with quartz. I was given her card for when I was ready to make a decision. She was always very responsive and answered all my questions and we moved forward with my kitchen project. The pricing was competitive and she made sure she stayed within my budget. Since I was on a time crunch due to family visiting she made sure realistically that they could complete the project in time. She called up her team and the process started! Alan and his guys started demo on a Friday and today is Thursday and my project is completed! I couldn’t be happier! The team was very communicative, kind, professional, and just overall great at what they do! I will definitely recommend them to anyone! I will be calling them when I’m ready for my bathroom remodel. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work and the outcome! It’s absolutely beautiful!
