We couldn’t be more pleased with Hampton Manor. From the beginning of the initial tour with Jeffery to the care team staff, the maintenance staff, the dining room staff, everyone has been fabulous!!! The facility is beautiful but the employees are what make it such a great facility. Everyone truly seems to care. We could not have made a better decision in where to move my dad to when living alone became to difficult. Thank you Hampton manor Staff!!!

Hampton Manor is a great place for Assisted Living of a loved one. We were paying almost the same price for a very small room at another facility in Merritt Island. She now has more than double the area and a separate bathroom with a door. And a shower in the bathroom.The personel are great. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Jeffrey especially has been super. He walked us through the facility and let us pick our choice of available rooms and helped us with all the paperwork & doctor/ pharmacy options. He even brought his own truck to the old facility and helped me get her mattress to her new apartment. He actually didn't help so much as grab the mattress and carry it by himself to the truck and when we got back, it was already set up in her room.So far we've been very happy with everything. The food is great and she now has 3 meals available to her with food she likes, unlike the last place. If you're considering assisted living for a loved one, consider Hampton Manor. Visit and let Jeffrey give you a tour. My favorites were the pool and movie room.

My mom-in-law has lived at Hampton Manor on Merritt Island for more than two years and we have all been very pleased with the care and cleanliness of the facility. Recently it became time to move into the memory care section and Jeff Nietupski made what could have been a very difficult move smoother than we ever could have imagined. Beginning with Jeff showing us through the memory care section of the facility and the available rooms, to making sure we had ample opportunity to speak with care team members, to coordinating with mom’s external health providers, and helping with the physical move itself, he saved the day for us. His “over and above” performance is highly appreciated! Thank you Jeff!

After touring 4 assisted living facilities near me I had my 94 yr. old parents tour Hampton Manor. Jeffery did a great job showing them all the great features at the facility and explaining what is included in the fees that they decided to sign up for a day to move in, witch happened in a week and a half. Jeffery also helped with getting medical assessment for entry for my mother that doesn’t have a doctor.My father thought he would miss his walk in tub but there is a Spa room with a Jacuzzi walk in tub there. Mom doesn’t like to cook so a dining room with 3 nutritious meals is great.All the staff have been friendly and helpful in making this life change for my parents comfortable.

My mother recently moved into Hampton Manor and we are so incredibly pleased with the people and the facility. Before we committed, we had lunch in the dining room and the dining staff authentically cared for my mom's enjoyment of the dining experience. We were shown around and introduced to the facility and everyone was truly caring and thoughtful. There are too many great people to name everyone and I'd sure miss somebody, but the receptionists, the kitchen/dining staff, sales and activity coordinator are all top class. The maintenance team is wonderful as well. The nursing staff is extra special. They have already demonstrated compassion and true care for my mom. My family is sincerely appreciative of everyone at Hampton Manor.

I moved my mother into memory care at Hampton Manor last week. While not an easy transition for either of us, both Carrie (director of nursing) and Jeff (sales) made the process as smooth as possible for both of us. I have been there most every day since the move-in and have found staff to be helpful, caring, and supportive. I was looking for a place that would provide the highest quality of care and engagement for my mom's journey, and I believe I've found it in Hampton Manor. I have been coming by for the last month or so does it with my friend through lunch or dinner time there's a young lady there her name is Felicia she is wonderful she said she only works the weekends I wish she would quit her other job unless she's going to school and be there full-time she is wonderful to be around very pleasant very very pleasant to the residents and when people's not looking she goes an extra mile to help them out if they need help she is there for them I just love being around her I would be there Saturday and Sunday I hope she is the aid for my friend there again Felicia thank you very much for everything you do for the residents at the Hampton Manor of Merritt Island you are a wonderful person you will go far in life keep up the good work and the smiles God be with you

My mom has been a resident there for three months now and we think this place is amazing! Everyone who works there, one is nicer than the next and we have had not one bad experience. They go way above and beyond for everybody and they learn everybody’s name and address them as they pass by!!!! The two activities ladies, Riley and Tammy I cannot say enough good things about them. They keep everybody engaged and active and happy and they always have a smile on their face. Sorry to see the past two reviews not being so nice because we have had the total opposite experience. There is also a lot of new staff there and everyone they hire is kind. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you everyone at Hampton for bringing my mom back to her old active happy self🙏❤️

My mom has been living in the assisted living side of Hampton Manor for the past two years! Without a doubt the number one assisted living facility in Merritt Island! But not only is the facility beautiful and well kept but I cannot say enough for the staff.They literally have kept my mother alive when Hospice recommended putting her down.Just some of the fantastic staff I would like to recognize is Kimmy, Mark, Kendra, and Donna.Kendra is an amazing assistant who gets my mother up every morning when she really doesn't want to. Lol my 98 year old mother always wakes up saying she doesn't feel well. Then Kendra comes in the room singing and smiling and changes my mother's entire day .Then Donna comes in and checks all of her vitals, and make sure all of her needs are met at that moment and throughout the day.Then you have two amazing nurses, Kimmy and Mark who who are there throughout the day to make sure all of her medication is properly administered and always checking to make sure all of her medical needs are met.There are also other great people there, but I did want to single these out for their great job.

This assisted living facility is one of the nicest ones in Brevard County. I looked up about 10 communities in the area and was impressed with how nice Hampton Manor looks inside. The building is new and very clean. They even have some birds in the front room! If you are looking for a great community for your parents in Merritt Island, I recommend giving Jeffrey a call and scheduling a tour!

I have visited Hampton Manor multiple times, and it is by far one of the best assisted living facilities in Brevard county. The staff is excellent, they’re polite, respectful, take great care of their residents and go above and beyond. The building is very well maintained, smells so clean and they have an awesome waterfall when you walk in which gives the place such a nice elegant feel. The layout is great where the dining room is centrally located when you enter, they have a heated pool, outside BBQs, pool table, board games, library, movie theater, even salon services as well as many daily activities. Really a great place for your loved ones.
