I’ve been seeing Albert for more than 8 months, and he has been amazing throughout my recovery journey. He is a very patient, kind, caring, and highly professional physio who truly takes the time to listen and understand his patients’ needs. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personalised approach have made a huge difference for me. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, the pain in my knee and foot has decreased significantly, and I feel much more confident in my mobility. ​I highly recommend Jacqueline Ng if you are looking for a skilled physiotherapist. I was sceptical about seeing a physio but meeting her changed that in an instant. She is incredibly professional, patient and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was her ability to explain my shoulder issue in layman's terms so I actually understood what was going on. She provided a clear, manageable plan that yielded results in just under three weeks. I truly could not have reached my recovery goals and be able to compete at a high intensity level without her expertise and guidance! Definitely ask for her, she is amazing ⭐️

I found this studio for my facial physiotherapy and I’m completely satisfied with the service.From the very first moment I called the studio to ask if they could treat my issue, I understood I was in the right place. Had a extremely painful shoulder when I went to see Yan Chen. I booked in shockwave therapy thinking that was the only treatment left that could help me after cortisone injections and physio exercises didn't work.Yan did an upper body check up and noticed my shoulder wasn't stable and that the muscles had to work hard to keep everything in place. That was causing the pain.She then went on to release my muscles through deep tissue adjustments. It was such a relieve. A week later the pain is still gone and just come back for a second treatment, feeling even further improvements.I highly recommend Yan. Her service is so much more comprehensive than regular physio who charge the same and sent you home after 15 minutes with exercises that do more damage than good.
