Had a extremely painful shoulder when I went to see Yan Chen. I booked in shockwave therapy thinking that was the only treatment left that could help me after cortisone injections and physio exercises didn't work.Yan did an upper body check up and noticed my shoulder wasn't stable and that the muscles had to work hard to keep everything in place. That was causing the pain.She then went on to release my muscles through deep tissue adjustments. It was such a relieve. A week later the pain is still gone and just come back for a second treatment, feeling even further improvements.I highly recommend Yan. Her service is so much more comprehensive than regular physio who charge the same and sent you home after 15 minutes with exercises that do more damage than good.
