As my symptoms have changed, Jayden has always been flexible and adapted my treatment to suit what I’ve needed at each stage of recovery.What I appreciate most is his understanding and compassion. Recovering from an injury can be challenging both physically and emotionally, and Jayden always seems to understand that. I came to see him with a running-related issue just before an important event, and he was incredibly thorough in assessing what was actually happening rather than simply treating where I was feeling the pain.He took the time to look at my running mechanics, explain what he was seeing in a way that made sense, and gave me practical exercises and running cues I could actually use. I really appreciated his approach of testing, reassessing and adjusting based on how my body responded.Albert is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely invested in helping you get back to doing what you enjoy. I felt listened to and very well looked after. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Everyone is attentive, caring, and professional, and they genuinely make you feel well looked after.Since receiving treatment and guidance, my shoulder injury has been steadily improving, and I am very pleased with my progress. The appointments are easy to arrange and adjust when needed, which is very convenient. Yan Chen completely changed my understanding of what physiotherapy can be.I came to Yan for rehabilitation after bilateral hip replacement surgery. Before meeting her, my experience with physiotherapists had always been the same: they show you a few exercises, tell you to practise at home, or run a massage gun over the area for a few minutes — and that's the session.Yan is on a completely different level. She does genuine, skilled hands-on work — using manual therapy techniques to release tight muscles and work through the entire fascial chain, not just the spot that hurts. She pays attention to every detail: how I stand, how I walk, how each muscle compensates, and she adjusts and corrects things I didn't even realise were problems. Every session, I can feel real, tangible progress in my recovery.She is thorough, patient, and clearly deeply knowledgeable. You can tell she truly cares about getting to the root cause rather than just managing symptoms. For anyone recovering from major surgery — or anyone who has been disappointed by "exercise sheet" physiotherapy before — I cannot recommend Yan highly enough.Thank you, Yan, for giving me my mobility and confidence back.
