I waited a full month before posting this because I wanted to genuinely experience the product first — and I’m so glad I did.I’ll admit, I was initially a bit skeptical — especially about things like losing water pressure — but that hasn’t been an issue at all. Everything runs perfectly.Absolutely loving the system so far. The water quality has been fantastic, and you can really notice the difference day to day. The under-sink RO system is also awesome — compact, neat, and doesn’t take up much space at all.What really stood out was the service. Jonathon, the person I dealt with, has been nothing but exceptional — honest, reliable, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. No pressure, no hidden surprises, just clear information and genuine support from start to finish.I first contacted Jonathon back in November 2025 and mentioned I wouldn’t proceed until after my holiday in February. He was incredibly patient throughout and, true to his word, honoured the original price he quoted months earlier — which I really appreciated.The turnaround time was also impressive — my installation was completed within 24 hours of signing the agreement. On top of that, Jonathon arranged a couple of years’ worth of filter replacements on the same day, which gave me real peace of mind.It’s rare to come across both a great product and such trustworthy, efficient service. We had our full home filtration system and a reverse osmosis under sink system installed 2 months ago. And it has been the best decision and feeling to have made. Claudia was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure all our questions were answered while guiding us to the right option for our needs.Coming from a rental where we used direct tap water without any filtration, this has been a very reassuring upgrade. We now feel confident about our water quality every day, and the maintenance also seems simple and easy to manage.From the first use, we noticed a big difference. Our hair and skin felt much softer, the dry feeling is gone, and there’s no chlorine smell in the bathroom anymore.A special mention to the plumber who attended our property. He was professional and did a very neat job, both externally and with the internal tap fitting, leaving everything clean and mess-free. He also took the time to explain how the system works and how to switch to direct council water if needed, which we really appreciated.Overall, the whole process was smooth and positive.
