Everything was explained well. Now we’re looking forward to the next stage of sustained water quality and hope it all goes well with ongoing maintenance and filter changes.As a health-conscious medical family we decided to invest in this to give us incredibly high-quality water everywhere in the house for us and our children, whether that’s drinking, showering, cooking or washing hands. We’ve recently had a whole house filtration system plus reverse osmosis system installed by the wonderful team at Fix My Water. From the first phone call with Claudia through to Calvin visiting our home to explain everything and quote and then Travis coming to install, it has been an absolute breeze from start to finish and even to this day Calvin is still amazing - what a top bloke!! But back to the company, they really have fixed our water! I used to hate the strong smell of chlorine in my shower but now the water has zero smell and makes my skin and hair feel so fresh and healthy. We are all drinking so much more water (even my teenage boys!) because we can now grab it straight out of the tap and it tastes even better than bottled water. I love everything about this system and it’s definitely been money well spent! Thanks again guys, highly recommended!!!

We would give Fix My Water 10 stars if we could.My husband and I moved to Mudgeeraba in 2023, and from the moment we moved in, my husband started getting horrible psoriasis in many different spots all over his body. My usually clear skin suddenly started flaring up with the worst acne I’ve ever experienced in my life. We tried so many things to help to clear our skin but nothing worked. We had considered a filter but could only ever find individual shower or tap filters and we knew this wasn’t what we wanted. This year we went to the baby expo and came across Fix My Water - the team were incredibly friendly, accommodating, helpful and funny. It was great chatting with them while we figured out what would work best for us. Calvin came out for a site visit and ran through everything with us, showed us where the system would sit and quickly arranged a day for installation. Since having our water system, both mine and my husband’s psoriasis and skin has completely cleared up! My skin has never been better, my hair is healthier and now that our little girl is here we are able to confidently make up her bottles with filtered water and bathe her in clean - non toxic water. We were due for a filter change and the team reached out to us to let us know there was a filter on the way for us . The service from the team at fix my water has been consistently great throughout the entire experience. Calvin our Rep. explained thoroughly how the filter worked, we could not have asked for anyone better as he was there to just answer any questions we had about the Filter. I bought my fix my water unit at Springfield Orion shopping Centre. The whole experience was excellent from the sales right through to the service. Plus we love the drinking water. The taste is great. I’d recommend this company before anybody else.
