I wasn't going to ever leave a review but at this point I don't think I can stay quiet. I would not recommend this company for your flooring needs. I had multiple issues with them during installation including delays, poor communication, questionable quality of the installation. For example, when the owner came out to give me an estimate, I explained how large the job was since it was around 1400 sq and included title that would need to come up. She said it was no big deal and even if it was hard it wouldn't take them more than 3-4 days to complete the entire project. She didn't share that only her son and a helper would be doing all of the work. Had I known that, I never would have hired them. This was a large project that needed a quality team to do the work.. They would say they would be there at 9am and wouldn't show up until 10a or later and left by 4 most days. On the 2nd day, the owner called me and said the tile was very hard to get up and they were going to need 3 extra days to complete the project and would need to rent special equipment. The put chips and devits in the sub flooring and never patched. They said they would clean out vents that were open and I found large debris in a number of vents as well as caused my hvac to overwork and leak water in my basement due to the dust. They didn't tell me that I would need to replace all of my baseboard or move them down until after the flooring was in causing another delay. The quarter round was not put in well and doesn't have a professional look to it. In the primary bathroom, 2 tiles had nails pop through within a week of installation. They did come and fix that. I just found another nail starting to pop through in my kitchen. The final straw is I just found 2 tiles in my office popping up. This is completely unacceptable work and I would never use them again. I will find another company to come out and evaluate the total flooring as well as see if they can fix the issues. I do not want them in my house again. I just can't strongly say enough to not use this company especially for a big project.

Our floor turned out beautiful.The floor that had to be taken up was glued down. This made it extremely difficult to remove. They worked very hard & finally removed it. The installation was perfect! Everything was left very clean. Would definitely use them again!
