I went to see Jo for some lymph drainage recently. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at how gentle it was. Using reflexology she really helped! I did go down with a cold but I knew that was to be expected bearing in mind where I was in my own healing journey. I have scheduled more sessions as it really has worked wonders in helping me sleep and get back on an even keel! Fully recommend a visit!
