For the best purchasing experience I recommend Holly and Aaron. DIY is impractical. If you want the purchase of your house to be one of pleasure and relaxing these are your people! Time efficiency and the removal of frustration and emotional buying was priceless to us. The insincerity of agents to buyers and the agent focuses only on a sale is a poor reflection of a market where no one has to offer service and value can be distorted. Then the hassle to register with Domain and Realestate.com to find what's coming up attend all the impersonal inspections, not knowing what's off market. Spending your Saturdays and weekdays trying to fit in inspections on pictures as meeting the criteria. Giving up evenings to attend auctions where the perception was the agent were "bullying" bidders to spend more than they wanted.Trying to develop relationships with hundreds of agents from 10's of agencies was a waste of time. The experience was transactional for them and the only interest shown was if offers were high. Also the frustration of time pressure building to purchase something was going to lead to compromise on our criteria just to get out of the market and all the insincerity and duplicitousness.When we found Holly and Aaron we were immediately impressed with the service. They were very specific in identifying our criteria. Once they had it they filtered out everything and presented options of properties which they had done a preliminary inspection providing us with all the pros and cons against our criteria! They arrange inspections and at one inspection advised us that whilst it met our criteria there was better value out there. On a number we "found" they held us to our criteria. Awesome! When a house came up that we were unable to attend the inspection Aaron attended for us and facetimed us through the walk through. We liked what we saw and Aaron arranged a private viewing for us.Then through Aarons relationship with the agents he ascertained the status of the sale and gave us three price points for the offer with risks to each. Holly and Aaron then handled the process of the contracts and agency chatter and the pest and building inspections arranged, liaised with solicitors on price negotiations and handled all the chatter to sela the deal. Contacts for improvements were provided and right through the process they kept us aboard using the Microsoft Monday Board which allowed sharing of actions and communication to be easy and transparent. Everyone was on the same page.The best thing is the price! Awesome approach and I cannot impress you need to get in quick before Holly and Aaron realise their true value. The service relationship is friendly and not intrusive, very professional and kept us disciplined. Thanks Holly and Aaron, the experience has been awesome.
