I think I eat pretty clean already, and have intolerances to dairy and gluten and soy, so I am used to reading labels and being careful about my diet. Even so, I was carrying around an extra 35lbs. of weight that refused to budge. After 3 weeks of following Tami’s program and guidance, I have lost almost 9lbs! I am amazed!! I’m not hungry, and the meal plans have been so helpful and delicious! I am learning about how to create a balanced plate, so that the food gives my body everything it needs to burn the extra fat naturally. Tami’s personal zoom consultations are an added bonus! Tami is encouraging and has a variety of good recipes that are healthy but in such a way it is a lifestyle change. I love the information she brings and how the remedies in medicine are temporary but simply eating the right foods is a permanent and healthier choice... More
