I consider myself very fortunate to have been introduced to Charles D. Chedester when looking for my first home! He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job answering my many questions, he was an amazing listening ear, and was a trusted source to guide my wife and I through a process that was very foreign to us as first time home buyers. I recommend him 100%!

I have nothing but great things to say about Charlie and his team. This guy will work day and night for you. Anytime I had questions he was immediate to respond if that was by phone, text or email. He will be upfront and honest in any aspect of the process if that's budgeting or submitting paperwork. If your not using Charlie you not doing it right! Thanks again for all your help and willingness to help through the process. Pain free and as simple as it gets. He handles the load so you can focus on searching for a home! I am working with Charlie on a re-finance and he is awesome! As a new homeowner, I had a ton of questions and feel like I needed more guidance than the average Joe. Charlie was willing to go the extra mile in setting up additional calls, getting back to me when I had a question over the weekend, etc. Great energy and enthusiasm, too!

Charlie is one top notch lending partner. He explains along the way the process with the client and provides a ridiculously positive experience for the client as well as the realtor. As the realtor it is important that the entire experience is positive for the client so it is reassuring that the client is receiving the absolute best in Charlie! You can’t go wrong with him!

Charlie and the team have been great. This is my first mortgage and they help me feel comfortable with the process and responded too everything really fast. I had found a property and my sister connected me and Charlie and I’m glad I took the suggestion. Looking forward to getting this deal done and now have someone I can recommend for these services! Thanks :)

Charlie and Curvin were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It could very easily be a stressful process, but they alleviate that stress by answering any and all questions as soon as they're presented. Even when it came down to crunch time and we had issues getting documents, they stuck with us and never got frustrated when things got held up. Thank you Team Chedester!!
