This dojo has been a wonderful experience for our family. The instructors are incredibly patient and do an excellent job working with kids of all temperaments, helping each child build confidence at their own pace. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and family oriented, and everyone is supportive and encouraging.It’s a great place for kids to learn karate while also developing respect, discipline, and self-confidence.

I love this MMA gym. I would recommend everyone come and try it. I get to be a part of learning and growing with them. No sitting in a chair or on the side lines!!!

Senpai Gary and his instructors go above and beyond for their students. Their mission of uniting families truly shows in everything they do. They teach more than just MMA techniques—they focus on real self-defense while instilling respect, integrity, and discipline. At the same time, they make learning fun for students of all ages.It’s great to see kids as young as three years old building confidence and self-esteem in such a positive environment. What also stands out is how they encourage parents to get involved in their children’s classes, creating a strong family bond through martial arts. This is an outstanding Dojo/Gym for anyone looking to grow, learn self-defense, and be part of a supportive community.
