Blacktail did a great job coordinating all phases of the project, from demo through reconstruction. They did a great job of containment, ensuring that minimal dust and debris made it to the rest of the house. They were also easy to communicate with and were able to work around my busy schedule.

Received quotes from 3 restoration companies after water damage from a water softener leak. Blacktail's was in line with the other two received but Blacktail's stood out by being more comprehensive up front (both remediation AND repair). So happy we went with Blacktail and Dagan. As the work progressed, they flexed and adjusted the estimate for the work that was actually needed, and they were communicative, prompt, and thorough! Highly recommend them!

Blacktail is an extraordinary business - I wish I could give 20 stars ⭐️ Dagan is a class act, a true professional and an absolute joy to do business with. For above and beyond service that is prompt, responsive and exceptionally competent, give them a call.

Our water heater burst and caused water damage to our garage and our master bathroom. I knew we needed someone we could trust to fix everything. I served in the Army with Martin and I figured if I could trust my veteran buddy to cut my hair out of a creeper and also trust him with my life, I could trust him to fix my home. His whole team exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They handled all of the insurance and took care of every detail. The most important detail that they took care of was making sure that I felt safe. Thank you to the whole Blacktail team!

I recently had a house inspection where they found some traces of mold in the air. Because we’re selling our house and had closing in a little over two weeks, I was in tight spot. I called around looking for a next day appointment and Blacktail was the only provider that made some time for me to come out on a Saturday in less than 24 hours. Dagan did an awesome job listening to the situation and evaluating the house. Highly professional and equipped for the job. I’d highly recommend Blacktail any day for those looking for restoration.
