I just had an amazing massage. I loved the use of various techniques to give my body exactly what it needed.I have long days standing at work and can be very stiff. I felt like the 90 minute massage was the perfect amount of time to insure everywhere got the attention needed and also allowed for extra focus time on my problem areas.
