For example we liked a potential house and we have young children, she pointed out that the masterbed room was down stairs and all secondary rooms where up stairs, not ideal for our situation. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend that you contact Latrice McFadden. I had the privilege of having Latrice sell two properties that were complicated to say the least. The properties were complicated in my opinion because they were estate transactions involving several individuals with a lot of moving parts. Latrice was always encouraging, and quick to respond whether it was a call, email or text. Latrice was sensitive to our family’s needs as one of the properties belonged to our mother who passed away unexpectedly (August 2022), and the timeline between our mother’s death and listing the property was close. Latrice was honest and gave us realistic expectations so that we could make an informed decision. We were able to sale two properties in a matter of two to two and a half weeks (one week a part). Latrice knows what she is doing. Latrice was able to get us more than what we expected for each property. I feel blessed to have had her as my agent.
