I’ve had a very rough experience with ulcerative colitis, lots of ups and downs. My coach Dominique has been amazing at getting me through it!! I have learnt so much about myself and so many healing techniques that I am so grateful for.

Having worked with a functional medicine practitioner previously in order to try and avoid biologics for my crohns, I found some success but could get no further. I then joined CCL and immediately made further gains in my calprotectin levels. I still have more progress to make but the wealth of knowledge and support from CCL is a game changer and the best part of it is I now understand the why in every thing I do or take supplement wise which gives me so much power to heal myself. Ever since I was diagnosed with IBD over six years ago, I have felt completely alone with it. Words can't describe how much it meant to me to have my very own personal coach to help me strategize, interpret symptoms, bounce ideas off of, and someone who can relate to what I was going through. Micheal was a great coach. As a first time using this program I’d definitely recommend Micheal to anyone that would like to get better. My results since I was getting coached by Micheal went up and up each time we had a discussion. Micheal was very friendly and motivated to help me. Being involved in such a welcoming community is one of the biggest steps I have taken in fighting for my health and I'm so glad I was able to do that with CCl. My healing journey with Crohn’s Colitis Lifestyle (CCL) started 1 1/2 years ago. She had the knowledge and insight to give me the necessary guidance to find my path again……having the ability to DM your coach and get a quick response is invaluable. Thank you Taryn and thank you CCL for providing an outlet to allow me to heal myself and give me the necessary tools and protocol going forward. I heard a quote a while back that has stuck with me. It says, "When you're healthy, you have a hundred problems. When you're sick, you only have one." CCL has helped give me solutions, so I no longer have that one problem.

I have had only great experiences with CCL. It has changed my life and helped me get my power back after feeling so powerless for so long.
