Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely make every member feel welcome and valued. The members themselves are equally lovely, which creates a really warm and supportive environment for people of all ability levels — whether you’re super fit or just trying to remember what exercise feels like again. The classes are varied and the standard of coaching is excellent. It’s great to see coaches paying close attention to form during classes, which shows how much they genuinely care about what they’re doing.I joined after suffering the horrible and debilitating effects of a herniated disc for almost two years, which left me with very limited movement and pretty constant pain. I’ve trained all my life, but at that point I hadn’t done anything for nearly two years and honestly wasn’t sure if I’d ever get back to it.I started with the Move classes, which focus purely on bodyweight movements. They were the perfect way to rebuild strength and confidence without feeling like I was about to break myself again. My back still isn’t perfect, but it’s a thousand times better than it was and my quality of life has improved beyond belief. I’m now swinging kettlebells, running and training again like I used to — although with a lot more respect for the weights I choose to work with these days (ego lifting is firmly in the past!).
