Working with Carlos was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, I never felt pressured in any way. He came out, did a very thorough inspection, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Being a senior, I had already dealt with several other companies and was honestly getting exhausted from feeling like I was being given the runaround. Carlos was different. He showed me exactly what was going on with my roof through videos and pictures, which made it easy to understand what needed to be done and why. He truly went above and beyond. He even removed my metal roof covering from my patio area at his own expense because he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the process and outcome. While inspecting my attic, he also noticed an issue with my drip pan and took care of that as well. He repaired and repainted my fascia on the front of the house, again going above and beyond what was expected. On top of that, he helped me dramatically reduce my insurance costs after everything was completed, which was a huge blessing. My roof looks fantastic, and you can tell Carlos genuinely cares about people and the work he does. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride and puts customers first. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.

Carlos was very thorough in his inspection of our roof; he found where our problem was and gave us recommendations and presented products that were available and presented and explained the whole process.He is very service-oriented and is a wonderful source of information for solutions available.I would recommend him for his attention to your needs and providing solutions and the support he offers through the whole process that can be very stressful!

I was impressed by the prompt call back from Carlos after I requested an inspection online. He was on time for inspection day. I love that he had a great smile,very polite, professional and courteous. He took off his shoes before he stepped in my house. He didn't what to bring anything from outside into my house. I never saw this and I appreciated him doing this. From this point to the end of inspection Carlos implified that he was a people person,not just a sale'sman or inspector. He listens to my concerns and was sinsitive to my problems regarding my roof. I felt like he was family! helping me spiritually as well as professional!! Carlos and Upstanding Roofing replaced my almost 19 year old roof on my home about a month ago. After speaking with numerous roofing companies, upon which MY personal roof was near blowing off 🤯, I was fortunate to have Carlos come and THOROUGHLY inspect my roofing situation while showing me exactly what he was seeing so that I could understand all the considerations that after 4-5 hard sell roofers pretty much had embedded in my mind as “blah, blah, blah.” I visualized the deterioration, the gaps in the attic, and the new leak on the ceiling of my bathroom. Plus I was able to share my “must have” parameters with this purchase, and they worked very hard to come very close to those needs. I love the appearance of my new 50 year warrantied roof and the idea this company will be my first call after hail storms, hurricanes, etc., and I can expect them to repair whatever damage without haggling with an insurance company any longer! I, honestly, couldn’t be more happy with the work or the wilingness to assist me with other related issues of my situation!
