I purchased a tungsten ring when I got married. Lifetime no questions asked free replacement if I brought even a piece of it in if it broke for any reason. Ring developed a crack.The manager said the company that made it doesn't stand behind their warranty.I brought from main street expecting that support. If I purchased from the mfg off a website this reply would be acceptable.G Thomas Jewler charged me over 50% of the initial purchase price for a replacement.

My mom secretly had a few pieces made at G.Thomas Jeweler's before my wedding and they were just the PERFECT additions to my wedding day attire. She had a ring with diamonds she was not wearing and gave it to Bobbi to create something for me and it was nothing short of incredibly special. When one of my grandma’s passed away, I got to keep a pair of pearl earrings she always wore and planned on wearing them for my wedding one day. She passed when I was 7 and I regrettably misplaced them since then. As my wedding day was approaching, I couldn’t make up my mind on jewelry because I was honestly devastated due to losing my grandma’s earrings. My mom surprised me with matching earrings and a necklace that Bobbi created. The 3 diamonds represent my 3 grandmothers and the pearls of course tied the look all together. The dangly pearls are even removable, so I can wear just the diamond studs whenever I want! So pretty!! Thank you G. Thomas & Bobbi for your craftiness and kindness with these wonderful surprises!

We discovered G Thomas Jewelers during the 2024 Cups of Culture event in Junction City. We browsed the store during the event and returned to the Manhattan store the following week since the Junction City store was closed.The staff was wonderful and helped us find the perfect rings for our upcoming wedding. They did not rush us or make us feel we needed to make a decision immediately. They did offer suggestions and seemed sincere in their opinions. Roxy had a great solution for fitting the rings over my enlarged knuckle.A year has passed since we made the purchase and wearing the rings has been therapy for knuckles. There was no charge for resizing the rings since we had made the purchase at their store.The staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. It was a joy to work with them.
