You let them know what your looking for and they will help you find what your looking for. They also have birth stones in engagement rings if you would like something like that. G Thomas is my husbands and my favorite jewelry store. As I said we would never go anywhere else. Plus they have their own jewelry person.un rhe back that cleans and fixes the rings. So when you take your jewelry into G Thomas to be cleaned or fixed or even both you usually get it back the next day. But sometimes he gets very busy to where it may take 3 to 4 days before you get your jewelry back. A lot of your jewelry stores have to ship them off to be taken care of.
