HVAC Heroes responded quickly to come look at our AC system that had stopped working. In the end, they recommended replacing the unit. We had gotten a quote from another company who could not get us scheduled for 2 weeks in Texas. HVAC Heroes had us scheduled and taken care of within a couple days. They were competitively priced with the other company, but offered free consultation and were able to get the job done much faster!

Where do I begin? First of all, they came within minutes of my initial call to do a FREE estimate. After 4 second opinions I decided to reach back out to them. Triston was absolutely amazing. He spent close to half an hour explaining my HVAC problem and going over multiple solutions. Finally, I decided to upgrade my system from a 3ton to a 4 ton unit. Although this was the most expensive option Triston provided several other more cost effective ways to deal with the issue at hand. He also offered a great discount and several payment options for my unit to be replaced instead of repaired. The day that the unit was replaced, they guys came in and worked very clean and fast. They had to come back the following day to adjust something but I’m so happy with my new unit. Highly recommend them to say the least!!!!

Responded fast to the job. Answered question in regards to the problem. Prices was fair, I'm not trying to sell there services it just that it was just that easy doing buisness with them honest , reliable, speedy , competitive prices.

My Evaporator coil failed and was under warranty with American Home Shield. AHS would not get my AC running for over a week. I called Triston, he told me about the cash in lieu payout and offered to replace my coil the very next day at a great price. In the meantime, he offered a temporary cooling option for that same day. Since I already had a portable unit, I declined, but he went way above and beyond making that offer. Triston and all of his technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered my many questions without any attitude towards my ignorance. Kudos to that since everyone else expressed annoyance. And last, but not least, I am an older adult who doesn’t like strangers in my home so Triston provided quotes through photos and texts. Had a 3 ton condenser installed 3 years ago, in the middle July. Work was completed in one afternoon, no waiting days for supply.Same system had a minor issue today. They came out, diagnosed a faulty soft start (that I installed two years ago) and it’s back in business and no charge.I’m a customer for life.

We contacted HVAC Heroes after utilizing a contractor that did not know how to install an AC Unit. We fired him and went with this company. They were our 3rd bid and we are so glad we chose them. We have spray foam installation in our attic and we went with the top of the line unit. Not only are their prices good but they are excellent. Taylor, Justin, Louis and Triston showed up and they only took two days to undo and complete a totally new AC Installation. We had mini splits which are absolutely horrible. They worked until the job was completed. I have never seen such hard and professional workers in a long time. We are so thankful for them.

I called to get service to fix a leaky tube that goes into my HVAC that had a leak. The tech came out to weld the tube.About 3 weeks later I notice our AC is blowing warm air and i assumed something was still wrong with the unit in the attic and was frustrated. The owner, Triston, reached out and came to my house with another tech to test their previous work (he showed me that it had been completed properly) and ordered a replacement compressor (this was the price that gave out this time) and had it installed quickly. He was very understanding, transparent and helped alleviate my frustration. Thanks HVAC Heroes!

The coil was leaking and I reached out to HVAC Heros for assistance. They initially diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed. They removed the coils and replaced the part along with installing a sensor that I had no idea wasn’t there. They were courtesy and professional. My unit is working great and I am extremely pleased with the work they completed!

Quickly diagnosed my issue, sent over a quote, and was on time on the agreed upon date to repair.
