Don and his crew are great. I had them remodel my master bathroom 2012 and was extremely pleased. As such I decided to reach out to them to replace 5 rear doors (4 double and one single) on my back patio in 2021 with no rot frames built by Cofer Brothers. The work was fantastic, and the price was reasonable.Unfortunately, in late 2024 the frames started to show wood rot; they were not built as no rot frames as quoted on the invoice. I had my concerns that this might be a mess to deal with.I reached out to Don and he promptly came out to view the door frames, take pictures, measurements, and said they would warranty the work and reached out to Cofer Brothers since they were the frame assemblers. Cofer brothers came out, inspected the doors, and said they too would warranty frames and rebuild with the correct material.I give great credit and gratitude to both Don at Trueway Renovations and Cofer Brothers for stepping up and warrantying their work and products with NO hassle at all.Cofer Brothers assembled the new frames, delivered, and Don's crew reinstalled them, painted, and cleaned up like they were never here.You would think I would be upset, but I'm not. Although the work had to be done twice, mistakes happen and being able to say something went wrong somewhere and handle it is when you shine. The way they handled this was top notch.Kudos to both Trueway Renovations and Cofer Brothers for being honorable businesses.I would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

We've used Don and his team for several home renovations....two bathrooms, master bedroom and our kitchen. Most recently we had them pressure wash our house and change out the electric stove top to gas We are more than pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors. The work is top notch and they are efficient, respectful and skilled. We highly recommend TrueWay Renovations.

They responded quickly, got to work even faster, and managed multiple aspects of the project—electrical, plumbing, walls, and buildout—with total professionalism.The entire project was finished in under a month from the initial call, which is almost unheard of! Every crew member was courteous, easy to talk to, and clearly took pride in their work. The communication throughout was consistent and clear, and their pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality and speed they deliver.I was so impressed with their commercial work that I’ve already had them out to look at a project at my home as well. Don really came through for me on a home renovation gone bad. This review is actually long overdue. But, I truly just wanted to be sure that the work that had been completed was done correctly. And, to this day, I am still satisfied. Don did what many GC's hate to do . . . fix another GC's faulty work.I contacted Don via email and he immediately responded. He came out to take a look at my issues, which was major structural disaster. I had contacted other GC's and none of them wanted to embrwce the challenge. After Don's initial appointment, he then scheduled a time for him and his engineer to come out and take a look at what needed to be done. They were able to come up with a remedy to my structural issues and got to work shortly thereafter. What I appreciated more than anything else was the fact that Don didn't try to sell or push anything other than what I had requested from him. He even agreed to testify for me in my lawsuit against the other contractor. I would definitely reach out to Don again and would highly recommend him if you've had issues with a previois contractor. Now, as far as cost, he wasn't the cheapest. But, as I had to learn the very hard way, you get what you pay for. So, save yourself the hassle trying the cheaper route and contact Trueway.

Great experience with Trueway. Especially Lamar . He evaluated my existing circuit and was able to upgrade me to a 50 amp circuit for a new induction stove top that we are looking to install. Would definitely work with them again on future projects.

I had lots of questions and concerns before getting the job done but the owner, Don Trueblood, was always very patient and took the time to answer my questions and explain what needed to be done ahead of time. The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. They are honest people and I would do business with them again.

TrueWay completed an amazing renovation of our walk out basement turning it into a fully functioning , separate apartment. Don Trueblood was a pleasure to work with and worked toward our total satisfaction with the project. He proved to be totally trustworthy and did what he said he would do. Don and his team did an amazing job building a new porch and deck for our family! The work was done in a timely manner, on budget, and professionally. They listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions, and built a beautiful final product. We also had them return when we needed extensive painting inside our house. Once again, an excellent job. Would highly recommend them for any building job around your home.
