If you have been searching for the right company to boost your implant cases, look no further. I cannot recommend The Implant Engine enough. Owning a practice in rural Maine, I was a bit hesitant to begin advertising as I didn’t know how much the added exposure would help in our small state. There is also another office in our area that began advertising with a different company a year before us and I was worried they had saturated the market. But, after 8 months of working with The Implant Engine, I can tell you my only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.They have helped significantly boost the amount of full arch cases we do and exceeded any expectations I had for advertising. We are now booking 20+ consults a month and I'm sure there could be more if I had the availability as a busy, sole general dentist practice. Working with their call center allows my front office to operate normal with our everyday patient base, while emails are sent by the Implant Engine whenever the call center team books a new consult. We have been working with the implant engine since late 2024 and our ads went live January 20th of 2025. Id met with several companies before we’d made our decision and I’d like to mention a few things that set them apart from their competitors.#1 The first several meetings we met with the actual owners of the company. (Chelsea and Britt- they’re great!) They don’t bite off more than they can chew and you as their customer really DO matter#2 They have designated people trained in their call center to field all the messages and calls from patients and schedule them for you. If you don’t fully trust your front desk to speak to these patients- they have a well trained group of people to field the calls and get you QUALITY leads.#3 We’ve felt a significant positive financial impact since working with the implant engine.#4 (and saving for last because he’s the best) COLSON. Colson is the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with. If we need a change made, it is done within minutes. If there is any tweaks we think that need to be made in the campaign, he is willing to make them and makes them immediately. He crosses his Ts and dots his i’s.
