Never before has our dog been so excited to go to the groomer. Diana has created such a loving, safe, and supportive environment that our 10-year-old Yorkie genuinely enjoys going to. We call it her “spa day” and she always perks up. Diana is so deeply kind, courteous, friendly, and professional. Her new location is stunning and absolutely perfect for our furry friends. She is the only person, aside from family, our dog goes to with ease and trust.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Diana and her team! We took our dog, Bergeron, here for the first time, and the experience exceeded every expectation.After trying several local groomers over the years, we've often been disappointed by rude or unaccommodating service. Too many groomers have simply shaved Bergeron down instead of taking the time and care needed to work through his matting properly. It often felt like corners were being cut just to get him in and out.That was not the case here. Diana and her team were incredibly patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring with Bergeron from the moment we walked in. One thing that really stood out was how understanding they were about his anxiety around nail trims. Diana actually came out and tried to trim his nails with me present to help make him feel more comfortable. That level of patience and willingness to work with him meant so much to us and showed how much they truly care about the dogs they groom.Most importantly, they took the time to do things the right way. Bergeron came home looking absolutely handsome, and it was clear that great care and effort went into his groom. He truly got the best spa day possible! Diane and her team loved on him the entire time, and he was treated like one of their own.Finding a groomer who combines skill, kindness, and professionalism is rare, and we're so grateful to have found Diana and her team. Bergeron can't wait for his next spa visit, and neither can we!

Chloe is now eight years old, and for all these years Diana has cared for her with incredible love, patience, dedication, and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet as if they were their own, and that’s exactly what Jana has always done.Chloe has a few allergies and sensitive skin issues, and Diana has always gone above and beyond to find the best solutions to keep her comfortable and looking her best.I have always trusted her judgment and expertise, knowing that Chloe is in the best hands.Every time Chloe has a grooming appointment, she goes in looking like a little monster and comes back looking like a little princess! Not only does she look beautiful, but she is always happy, relaxed, and well cared for.I also want to congratulate Diana and her staff on their new location. You can truly see how much hard work, dedication, and passion went into creating this space. The Spa is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Diana is truly a gem. From the moment we walked in, you could feel how calm, caring, and personalized her approach is. She actually came out to meet Max beforehand, talked to him gently, introduced herself, and made him feel safe before the grooming even started — and that meant EVERYTHING to us.Max also had the chance to meet Becky Maria, her beautiful and incredibly calm dog, and I honestly think that helped him relax even more. My dog is usually very reactive and barks at basically anything with a pulse 😂 but for the first time ever, he didn’t bark at another dog during drop-off. Becky Maria’s sweet energy and the peaceful environment Diana creates made such a difference.And the grooming itself? AMAZING. Max looked adorable without losing his natural look or personality. You can tell Diana pays attention to details and truly cares about making dogs feel good, not just making them look good.Honestly, our only regret is not finding Diana sooner. Finding someone you truly trust with your baby is so hard, but now that we found her, we know Max is exactly where he deserves to be. Max deserves the best, and from now on, Diana is officially his new groomer forever. 🐶✨
