Beware or poor craftsmanship/ installation. We paid over $7,000 for new unpstairs flooring 3 years ago (3 small bedrooms, a small hallway, and the stairs). The stairs are now falling apart so i called them to come take a look and see if we could get it fixed. They came by and told me they were installed incorrectly (by THEM) because they placed a wood spacer on the riser causing the nose of stairs to hang off, and have no support under them…. No Surprise many of the stair noses are cracking and one even fell off. THey quoted me over $1900 to fix the problem. Because all the stair flooring needs to be completly redone. 🤷‍♀️ Would be happy to update my review if they reach out to make it right. But this is wrong and i feel ripped off.

We recently had LVP installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The process was smooth, quick, and professionally handled from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the final result looks absolutely beautiful. The floors completely transformed the space.
