Bellus Flooring did a great job with my new flooring. John went above and beyond when we had our floors done in increment timing. We waited many months in between flooring projects. When it came time to complete the last phase of the project, we were no longer able to get 7" LVT so that created a huge problem. John was able to find some 7" LVT then said he could transition 7" with 9" into a back bedroom with no noticeable effect. He then had to pull up some of the 7" to replace it will 9" which he did at no extra charge. It worked out beautifully and I am very pleased.
