IF you need a realtor? You found him! Steven is a legitimate "human." I don't like anyone at first, it's just how I am. It takes quite a bit before I decide to like you much less respect you. Steven earned my respect within 10 minutes of meeting him. He was on top of every single aspect of selling my late Mother's house. I never once felt like this man is just at work, doing what he does at work to get paid. I actually felt like I had a real friend dealing with all that comes with selling my late Mother's home. He never dropped the ball. He has earned my respect and friendship, just by showing up to work and "working." You are done. Contact Steven. There is no possible way you could find a better down to earth human being that knows his job, and "cares" about doing it very well. No way.... I'll refer Steven from now on if I hear somebody needs a Realtor. I'm not removing him from my contacts in my phone like ever. Just so I can easily and quickly refer him. He earned that from me. The way I feel? It's the very least I can do. Outstanding guy! 👍Thanks again Steven for going above and beyond, like 3 or 4 times in the span of the time we worked together. I'm so very thankful I called you sir.

Pros:The people who I worked with at Frame were friendly. They produced some pretty cool outcomes for their clients. And the projects they worked on were interesting. They seem to compete against companies much larger than themselves. And usually successfully punch above their weight. Cons:None that I would consider major.
