Booked Kyle after a Google search. His Communication was way beyond expectations. He responded to my estimate inquiry promptly, booking process was easy, showed up on time and provided fabulous communication throughout including video progress and final walk through. I had my James Hardy board gently washed and Kyle had a great understanding that the cement board required care different from simply blasting it with a pressure washer. I also had exterior windows and deck glass done. I didn’t need to be home and process was slick and results are fabulous- wouldn’t hesitate to use him again! I wish I took before photos but the after results made me realize I probably should have washed my home sooner.

I highly recommend Kyle from A Touch of Glass for gutter guard installation. He's both the owner and the installer, and it really shows in the care he puts into his work. I contacted him through his website. He came by the next day for a site visit and then provided a clear quote. He installed 225 ft of 5" Raptor Gutter Guard over two visits (4 and 2 hours, respectively) and kept me updated with videos throughout.He also answered my questions about upkeep. Maintenance is minimal and can be done safely from ground level by brushing off surface debris once or twice a year with a long-handled brush. His work comes with a 25-year warranty, and the product has a 30-year manufacturer warranty. Excellent service and professionalism.

My colleagues have repeatedly used Kyle's services for thorough and professional work. This year Kyle was selected to provide gutter protection along with cleaning of the gutters and downspouts. It was a big job spanning several days.One of the things that I most appreciate about Kyle was the regular updates he sent me via text video evidence of what he was doing up in a place that is really hard for me as a condo manager to access.That kind of timely communication and transparency is extremely uncommon in this industry. Kyle should be celebrated for this.I would definitely recommend his services for annual cleaning of your exterior on your property or for competitive pricing on projects like gutter protection.

After hearing horror stories (high pressure tactics, ever increasing quotes and shoddy installation) of the gutter guard companies that leave flyers in my mailbox, I did some more searches for a local company that was highly rated. These guys came up and within a couple of days of contacting them, Kyle came out, measured and gave me a firm quote (in the ballpark from what I hear the other guys charge). Within a couple more days, he and his assistant cleaned out my gutters and installed the gutters on my two story split level and separate garage. One thing he unique thing is that he videos his work and sends the files to you (I've enclosed a poor quality screen here). I can't say too much about how I liked his service and the quality of this work and materials. If I could give more that 5 stars, I would!

Kyle is the real deal. Prompt response to my email (unlike other companies I contacted), willing to do gutter cleaning in December (unlike other companies I contacted), communicative, and did the work the same week I was in touch and with competitive pricing. Would happily recommend and use again.
