Excellent Service from Local Roofing ExpertsWe hired Local Roofing Experts to replace our roof, and I would like to sincerely thank Edgar and his entire team for doing such an amazing job!The old roof was removed and the new one installed in a very timely manner. I was impressed by their professionalism, workmanship, and the way they handled the entire project from start to finish. They took great care to ensure that our property and belongings were properly protected throughout the process.I was also extremely impressed with how detailed Edgar’s estimate and documentation were. Everything was clearly broken down, explaining each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. He also provided aerial photographs showing the roof before and after the work, along with documentation detailing the materials used in accordance with the estimate.Another thing I truly appreciated was Edgar’s follow up after the job was completed. He took the time to check in and ensure that everything was in order and that there were no issues. Most importantly, they provided excellent service for our hard earned money. We felt that our investment was valued, and we appreciated the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the attention to detail throughout the entire process. Local Roofing Experts did an amazing Job installing a new roof on my Melbourne investment property. Straightforward pricing, and got me scheduled quickly. Edgar kept me updated throughout the process, they installed peel and stick underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Shingles. It came out fantastic. The crew cleaned everything up and left the property better than they arrived. Thank you for everything!

Great experience from start to finish! The team arrived right on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to walk us through the pre-work so we knew exactly what to expect. Plus, with the current Florida rainy season, the gutters were immediately put to the test and worked flawlessly!

I live in a duplex and recently had to get my half of the roof replaced for Home insurance. I worked with Edgar and he had great communication. He offered good advice, wasn’t pushy, and actually came out and did an inspection before offering me a quote which several other companies I Reached out to, did not bother to do. The work was done in the estimated time that he told me and everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services.

Edgar and his team could not have done a better job for us! They were here when said they would be. They completed the work everyday that they said they would. I could not be more satisfied with him and his team. Hopefully I won't need another roof, but if I did! It would be them again! Very professional!
