I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. I had a pretty bad ice dam forming on my roof and started noticing a small leak inside, which was stressful to say the least. I reached out to them and they got back to me way faster than I expected.When they showed up, they were right on time and super easy to talk to. They explained what was going on and how they were going to fix it in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. They used a steam method to remove the ice, which made me feel a lot better knowing my roof wasn’t going to get damaged in the process.What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. I found a positive review in a local Seacoast group for J. Morse & Co. a few weeks back when we were desperate for help. The ice dams on our roof were terrible and we had water leaking into our attic. I sent an inquiry to the company and Jeromy personally texted me back that morning. He then came to my house that very same day and worked to get all of the ice off of our roof. Not just that, but he figured out instantly that the water was coming from a faulty roof installation from about ten years ago that another company had done for us. We knew we needed the roof repaired and asked if he could do it immediately due to more snow that was on the way. He was so up front and thorough. He provided a quote that night and said he could get a crew to our house asap.Jeromy and his crew were at our house early that following week and replaced all of the parts of our roof that needed it in one day. They were so efficient and hard working. They cleaned everything up so well when they were done. Jeromy was in contact throughout the whole process and we could tell he really cared and wanted to help us out right away. We were so appreciative to his attentiveness and professionalism.I told him that I found out about him through a referral on a Facebook group and that I was truly thankful that someone left those words of praise about him.
