Jenni is a phenomenal real estate agent! I sold a home in a challenging area, as it is rural and diverse, so the comps vary widely. Jenni was great at every aspect: from marketing it at the right price, to helping me get set up with inspections (septic, etc) for an easy & fast close ahead of time. She was also very aware of finances and worked hard to sell the home for as much as possible, while also recommending wise and conservative investments into repairs that would get the home sold for the desired price and timing. Jenni handles strong personalities very well and is an excellent communicator. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent who will really show up for them!
