I’ve been provided great patient-centered care over the past few months, while dealing with some nagging back pain. Alex explained everything without the medical jargon in terms that I could understand. At the end of each session, he made sure I understood what was done during the session and gave me assignments of things to do at home in between appointments. He was flexible with his scheduling to match my often crazy availability.Of note, I really appreciated his consideration of my comfort with dogs when he informed me during my first visit that he usually brought his dog back to the office with him in the evenings and didn’t tell me I needed to find a new provider when I shared that I wasn’t keen on dogs. 😊

As a college student recovering from a torn ACL, I was nervous about balancing classes, rehab, and being away from home in NJ. Alex made the entire physical therapy process so much easier. He was extremely professional, easy and fun to talk to, and always accommodating with my schedule.He guided me through exercises during sessions and gave great take-home workouts that helped speed up my recovery and kept me ahead of schedule with my ACL rehab. Even my surgeon back home in NJ complimented how well my recovery was going, which I credit in large part to Alex.I’m very thankful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone going through physical therapy or ACL rehab.

Alex is an excellent Professional physical therapist. Great one on one he explains clearly the exercises And answers any questions you may have..He has helped me reach goals after my total knee replacement..I highly recommend Alex and will go back when I get the other knee done

From massage to dry needling to exercises and more, Dr. Alex has the knowledge to help with all sorts of injuries and recovery. I saw him for my shoulder/neck, foot and knee over the course of about 8 months and each appointment was one-on-one with Dr. Alex. I have already recommended Journey PT to family and friends and will go back if I ever need PT again.
