From massage to dry needling to exercises and more, Dr. Alex has the knowledge to help with all sorts of injuries and recovery. I saw him for my shoulder/neck, foot and knee over the course of about 8 months and each appointment was one-on-one with Dr. Alex. I have already recommended Journey PT to family and friends and will go back if I ever need PT again.

Alex has been great to work with. He is patient , receptive, and kind. He sets reasonable goals, and is communicative. Journey PT, was recommended by a friend who had been having long term shoulder pain after an injury during military service. I had been having persistent pain in my hip that started radiating out to my knees after an accident in winter of 2021. I had recovered okay, but the pain in my hip never went away. My first visit here was in August of 2025. Alex and I spent time carefully discussing my problems, accessibility to gym equipment, and level of exercise. Unlike previous physical therapy which jumped right into weightlifting, Alex addressed the root causes of my pain; chronic inflammation in my lower back and legs. After about two or three visits, my pain started lessening and only then, we started looking at building my muscle strength back up. The exercises he gave me were simple enough to do at home, multiple times a week. I would highly recommend Journey PT.

I had injured my rotator cuff and had worked with many other physical therapist before I found my way to Alex. He is absolutely AMAZING and got me back in the gym faster than I could have imagined. He is the first person I'd go to if I needed help recovering and I can't recommend him enough! If you're reading this, you should probably give him a call!
