I had a very upsetting experience with this business. While the owner, Jindy, was carrying out repairs at my apartment building, I politely asked if I could ask him a quick question about repairs outside my apartment. I am a resident of the building and my body corporate engages this business.Before I could ask my question, he told me he was too busy. I replied that it would only take a moment. He then swore at me. I was shocked and tried to explain that speaking to me that way was unnecessary. He repeated the same phrase twice more and accused me of accosting him in the driveway.Throughout the interaction I remained calm and polite. I found the language directed at me completely unacceptable and was left shaken and in tears. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, particularly by a contractor engaged by our body corporate.Afterwards, I understand he told the building manager that I had been harassing him. That does not reflect my recollection of what occurred. I simply approached him politely to ask a brief question.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business because of the way I was spoken to and treated.*In response to the owner’s comment:I did not step into an exclusion zone. I was standing on the driveway where cars and pedestrians were freely allowed. You were more than sharp; you were abusive.You deserve a one star rating for your conduct and I’m sure you recognise that yourself.
