I had a fun at my private SUP 101 class. I’m out of shape but she was patient with me and takes her time explaining everything. My friends who took the lesson with me are in great shape and they loved it too. Good for all fitness levels. She takes care of everything. All you have to do is show up and have fun!

My husband and I loved the Date Night box! The treats were so yummy. The box included an awesome romantic play list and massage oils with massaging tips and ideas. Totally recommend!!

I just attended her couples yoga session on the beach for Valentines Day. It was AMAZING!!! The flow was good and easy to follow. Anacani did an EXCELLENT job!!! I look forward to attending more of her classes!

Okay, I'm as old as most of your parents. It was windy day and the water choppy. With Anacani, there was never a moment where I felt afraid. She gave simple instructions and a whole lot of encouragement, and in no time at all, I was up and paddling. What a happy experience, capped off with yoga stretches on the board, to send me on my way relaxed and refreshed. Can't wait to get on the board again!

I had a wonderful Mother's Day paddle with Anacani. Although I am very comfortable in the water and had paddled a few times, I learned some new techniques and guidance on safety while paddling. We finished the session with some yoga on our boards before paddling back to the beach-so relaxing! I highly recommend Phat Mermaids!

Even though I'm not super comfortable in the water, Anacani made me feel like I was a pro swimmer and able to conquer the ocean. SUP was an amazing experience and something you should do repeatedly to keep getting better. Great workout!

The instructor understands the military experience and brings a sense of comfort to each class. Amazing personality and phenomenal soul. Definitely recommend for anyone looking into paddle boarding, both on the water and indoors!!

Anacani is such a great instructor! She is very knowledgeable about the water conditions, water safety and everything you need to know to enjoy yourself on the paddle board. She teaches you the basics of the paddle board, how to get on the board, how to get back on if you fall, proper stroke technique and so much more. I learned so much from her on my first session and can’t wait to go again :)
