Our HVAC unit stopped cooling about 5pm Wednesday, so I immediately called the I Care office and was able to schedule a service call for the next morning. Technician Kleber arrived on time and did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue ( a blown capacitor apparently triggered by a small lizard). Less than an hour later it was all fixed and cooling normally. I highly recommend this local company for your HVAC needs! They have done great work for us over the past several years.

He was courteous, affable and professional and he got the house cool again so I could get back to my regular routine. This is my 3rd encounter with I Care Air Care and it just gets better every time. They are great workers and they don't do a hard sell or make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of financially. They're straight-shooters and i will not hesitate to contact them again.Update: I Care Air Care was out for a routine visit. Cesar and Andrew (?) were pleasant and efficient. Today, Jorge and Cesar came out and explained all the details of the service in detail and then explained the findings, even showing pictures taken to support the repairs needed. This is the company to use when you need a/c service. George and James of I Care Air Care were extremely professional and considerate of my home and my pets. I decided to get my air conditioning ducts cleaned because I had 5 cats staying with me for the past year - a lot of fur and assuredly pet dander comes with that. They sanitized my ducts and cleaned out my drier vents within a few hours. I now feel like my home is safe and clean.

I just want to say they did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. I will be having them come every 6 months to do a routine maintenance on my ac unit. Another bonus is when you call you get a live person, non of this automated stuff or call center. She is amazing and very helpful.
