Another great experience with I Care Air Care! They replaced the evaporator coil in my AC system today, and Cesar did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and the system was operating properly before wrapping up.Having AC work done in Florida is never something you look forward to, but having a dependable company and a great technician makes all the difference. Update: I signed up for the yearly service plan which includes two free cleanings a year. They contact you when it’s time to flush your lines and clean out your unit. Couldn’t be any happier still great company all this time.I can’t say enough positive things about this company.Every tech that has worked at my home or my rentals has been nothing but professional every step of the way. They get came out right away for any issues and send a text with photo of the technician.Even have a nice little bio of how long they have been doing AC work. Pricing is more then fair but more importantly they come back out until they figure out the problem. I will happily refer them to friends and family.

My system was underperforming, so I drained the condenser line and I called I Care Air Care based on recommendations from reddit. Tim took the call and scheduled someone to come out the same day. Kleber was able to come by a few hours earlier and gave me plenty of heads up.He looked at the unit and explained what he was seeing and what it meant. Everything he explained pretty much lined up with what I have read, but Kleber provided more detail. He explained that the main problem was keeping the condenser line clear and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I knew I needed someone to be able to periodically check the system as I don't like doing that myself, so I inquired about a tune up and follow ups so he provided information on maintenance plans offered. I chose the 1 year maintenance plan for 3 visits. Kleber performed the tune up service with professionalism and thoroughness. I plan to keep using I Care Air Care going forward for all my HVAC needs and will recommend them to anyone.
