He thoroughly checked out my mothers malfunctioning a/c system and quickly diagnosed the problem as exposed wires that were shorting out and causing the emergency heating unit to come on simultaneously with the cooling unit. He made me aware of other wear and tear items that may need attention in the future but did not pressure to "upsell". He made the necessary repairs with upgrades to ensure the wires could not be damaged again. He was friendly and professional and charged a fair price. I have had another company claim that they did duct cleaning and they left holes in my garage ceiling without doing half of the work that I Care Air Care completed. A few months later my drain line was having problems and their tech, Ta Tran spent hours trying to fix it to avoid needing to charge me for a new line. They had him here within 24 hours of my call. His initial attempt to fix it didn’t work but he thought it had so he had left. When I called and said it was still happening he turned around and came right back. Spent another 90 minutes on it. I am so pleased with I Care Air Care service and finally found the one AC company that I can trust and not worry about being ripped off or create new issue and over charge. In April this year, my AC unit wasn’t working properly. We call the company who installed our whole brand new AC unit that we paid 7000 dollars 2years ago to come checked it out . He said that TXV need to be replaced and labor fee will be 1700 dollars. I just couldn’t believe that this new AC need that kind of issue and they want to charge me that much. I looked for different company for 2nd opinion. I red reviews and decided to call I care Air Care. Technician Erick checked it and it was just pipe clogged and I just to had to pay few hundred dollars for service and 1year care plan( they will come for maintenance twice a year. I was so relieved and happy. Erick was so polite and honest. My AC started act up again so I called them this morning. Erick came back to unclog pipe line again for free of charge.
