I am in the process of a home remodel and Hugo has been a major asset along the way. Some of the work he has done includes the installation of a new sink and bathtub, drain work, and running the water connection for an ice maker. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciate how he always takes the time to educate me along the way as to what work is being done and the reason for it. Hugo has excellent communication skills, is very flexible, and always responds quickly. I have referred Hugo to other family members who have also been pleased with his work and prices. Broke Plumbing is fantastic. I have used their services a number of times and each time Hugo has been great. Their prices are more than fair and the work has been top quality. I got quotes for my jobs from a number of plumbers and pelted them all with questions, Hugo came out on top. He is very communicative and knowledgeable about his trade. Like everyone else, I hope the times I need a plumber are rare, but when I do I always feel comfortable calling Broke Plumbing.

If it's plumbing, and it's broke, call Broke Plumbing! We had our Washing Machine and Kitchen Sink back up the day before Christmas Eve. We called Hugo, who responded very quickly and we were scheduled for the 26th (he was willing to come out on Christmas Day, but we felt that wasn't fair to him, so we asked for the next day). Our house was so messy from all the holiday craziness, and Hugo came in, worked around the mess, never complained and had a great vibe about him. He was honest, worked quickly, and had a positive attitude the whole time. The work was done on both drains after about 1 hour. The cost was very affordable. I've since saved his contact information in my phone under "Plumber". If I ever should need a plumber again, I'm going with Broke Plumbing. And I highly recommend that you do too. Thanks Hugo!
