I hired Titus to remodel my 35sqft bathroom. Paid them in late March 2026, got a contract with a substantial project completion date of 4/27/26, and I ended up firing them in the second week of June 2026 after giving them multiple chances to fix their mistakes.From the very beginning, it was excuse after excuse and none of them were ever good. I worked from home all of April and the first week of May to maintain an open of a schedule as possible, but they still failed to get my project done in time and there were 5 separate occasions where they just didn't show up and nobody updated me. I had to repeatedly hunt them down to confirm they were still coming or to coordinate appointments. There was never any accountability.The workers were nice until I caught one messing with my motorcycle. I got an alert on my phone saying that someone was messing with my bike, so I confronted the supervisor, Kevin, and he said to me face that nobody was messing with it. I noticed another alert again after they left and checked the camera to see not only were the contractors messing with my bike and items on my porch, but Kevin was watching them do it and lied to my face (see attached video). That worker also left huge chunks of debris and trash all over my yard and alley, peed in the alley, and was walking around in parts of my house where there was no work to be done (found ceramic dust footprints (he was cutting tiles)). Initially, I didn't notice anything missing, but as weeks passed, I noticed that roughly $150 worth of blu-rays, firearm ammunition, and motorcycle parts are gone and nobody else could have taken them but that worker.I told Jude I didn't want that worker back at my house and she was receptive about it, but Kevin didn't like the accusations and it started to show in his work (see pictures). Jude acknowledged the poor workmanship and offered to fix it, but you can't fix things if you don't show up in the first place. No-call no-shows and empty promises became the norm, and the workers she sent would do less than half the work I was told they'd do, contributing to further delays. I paid for the project in late March 2026, I worked from home all of April and the first week of May to maintain an open schedule, the project was supposed to be completed 4/27/26, but the vanity, mirror, shower door, and toilet were not installed until May 16th. I got sick of the chasing, the empty promises, and not being prioritized after giving her many chances to make things right, so I fired her in the second week of June.There are a lot of good reviews here and maybe you'll get lucky like them, but I am beyond disappointed. By the way, the tile grout is cracking not even 2 months after installation (see pictures).

Jude and her staff were excellent from the start of our project to the end. Our kitchen renovation is absolutely gorgeous. We love it. She was very communicative. Her staff were detailed in their individual tasks especially her cabinet installer. The project deadlines were met as described. I would highly recommend Titus General Contractor.

Titus General Contractor, Inc. provided a top rate team for each of our projects at reasonable prices. The teams were professional, courteous, and efficient. One of the projects was repair of a leak in the basement ceiling which TGCI found to have originated in a portion of the roof. We had at least 5 companies try to identify the source and repair the leak without success until TGCI. We also had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in the basement, installation of new gym flooring, painting of the first floor, stairway walls leading to second floor and second floor hallway and bedroom doors. TGCI also completed installation of balusters of left undone by another contractor. We are very satisfied with each of the finished projects. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future or provide referrals.

The new paint and finishes completely changed the look and made everything feel fresh, clean, and updated. They were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with throughout the project. This lady wasted my time. Just trying to get her to come LOOK at the job was like pulling teeth. We had an appointment time scheduled, but she called and asked if we could do it later in the day so she “wouldn’t have to come to my city more than once that day.” I thought it was a poor excuse, but I decided to let it go and be flexible. So, I rearranged some things on my schedule to meet her later in the day. Then, a couple hours before the appointment she canceled on me citing “weather.” Now, I will add that it did snow earlier in the day. However, before you jump to conclusions, it was a light snow. Nothing stuck to the ground and at the time of her cancellation, it had been HOURS since the snow stopped. Furthermore, I had 3 other contractors meet me at the property that day DURING the snow with no issue. I - driving my 2-door coupe that sits low to the ground - was able to get around without incident during said snow. Naturally, I was irritated after rearranging my day to accommodate the request that was ALREADY a poor excuse, only to have it cancelled with an even worse excuse.Still, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I explained when I was next available and she never even bothered to reply. It was a poor customer service experience and I’m guessing the universe was just protecting me from what could have been an even worse experience. I do not recommend

Edit- I really wasn't trying to do this here but let's put some context to your response. You gave a credit because you took way too long to complete the project & the insurance was no longer paying for the temporary housing that I had due to being misplaced by the fire. The amount of credit you offered DID NOT cover the amount I had to come out of my pocket for & YOU stated not to worry about it, you'd take care of me. So THIS is how you take care of people?Besides the front railing, what did you do exterior that you weren't contracted to do and/or wasn't correcting issues caused by your contractors? The back rail, which you still haven't completed as of today, was removed by YOUR contractors, so yes, it is your responsibility to replace it. The concrete that you removed was put there by YOUR contractors, again, your responsibility to remove it. The debris that was thrown in my yard by YOUR contractors (I was fined by the county), your responsibility. You did supply a lock for my shed & moved the boxes inside my house into the shed at no additional cost (maybe that was because your sub-contractors moved some of my items/boxes outside without permission & left them there and it rained on them & destroyed the content inside of them or because you were taking so long with the project). Maybe I missed something so please explain what other exterior item was completed & absorbed by you that wasn't in the contract and/or your responsibility?Not sure what additional electric that wasn't in the estimate that you are referring to & you were worrying about me disputing it so you just did it but Ma'am that doesn't make sense. If it wasn't in the estimate and/or included why would you be worried that I would dispute it, you would obviously beat that claim? Everything was either included or you offered due to you taking too long and/or your contractors mishaps.When did the THREE thorough walk-throughs happen? We conducted ONE quick walk-through (I blame myself because I should have took my time). You still haven't completed some of the items that were highlighted during that walk-through like the upstairs closet, kitchen cabinet doors, etc. I pointed out the cement in the basement but you stated that it would settle... Well it didn't & it looks horrible (I can post the pictures that I sent you if you'd like). The kitchen faucet was not broke when I originally contacted you, it was loose (I have pictures and video of that as well) & when I researched the model other people had similar issues. You took so long to respond that yes, it eventually came apart, which I informed you via text that it was loose and needed to be addressed promptly before it breaks. You stated that it was a manufactures issue & you would check to see about the warranty, when I asked about it again that is when you stated that I had to replace the faucet and you could send your plumber but I would have to pay for the labor.You weren't promptly responsive to all of my calls. You were, however, prompt when it came to the leak in the basement. I didn't have this issue prior to the fire, nor did it happen prior to the washer being installed, so yes, I thought it was the washer. When your plumber come & stated that the pipes were clogged & that I would be responsible for the cost I said ok & hired a professional to take care of it. You stated you've never had issues with the shower door before but if you would've came to look at it yourself then you would've seen that it wasn't closing completely. It still doesn't close but I just chalked it up that the quality just isn't good & no matter how many times the guy comes back it will not be fixed right.You seem more concerned with getting a higher rating than making sure your workmanship is good & trying to fix the current issues and/or inquiring on how to make things right, which is disheartening. Apologies if my standards and/or expectations are higher than what you're capable of but I thought I was hiring an honest person who really cared about the quality of their work, clearly I was wrong.

Jude and her team did some amazing work. She completed a number of small projects for us as well as a reno in our basement and built a custom closet for our nursery! I looked at a few contractors before contacting her. Jude not only provided reasonable pricing, but also had amazing attention to detail, and she didn't make me feel ridiculous when asking questions. She communicated frequently and worked around our schedule. I can't recommend her enough and will definitely be using her services for future renovations.

We had purchased flooring and installation services through Home Depot but the flooring company that Home Depot sent us was unprofessional and lacked the expertise to install the flooring. We were in a bind so we contacted Titus contracting and Jude came out gave us an estimate and installed the flooring the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable . Floors look great!

Titus construction did the floor in our upstairs bathroom and ceiling in the downstairs bathroom that was damaged by some pipe repairs. They were very professional, easy to work with, did great work, very responsive and answered all our questions or concerns. We would recommend them to anyone who needs construction work.
