This company is fabulous! Can't say enough about them. Had to replace rotting plywood, after removing 3 layers of felting. They netted the outside of house for protection. Have never seen that. Cleanup was great and mgr was on site letting us know what they were finding. They worked with ins Co.promptly. We feel they are worth every penny spent plus some!

We are loving the new roof! RC Roofing was fantastic to work with. They were always quick to communicate with us and worked very well in coordination with our general contractor while we added a porch remodel to the project.Roofing crew was professional, polite and did a great job at cleanup. 24G standing seam roof and 6 inch gutters.Side note: The birds seem to already love the new gutters as much as we do!

Jake arrived on scene prepared to evaluate the condition of the roof and he addressed a few immediate concerns. Jake was very knowledgeable about optional roof materials including the very important ridge vent. We selected a black onyx roof and with the ridge vent, our attic is approximately 5 degrees cooler than it was with a lighter colored roof. Because of the improved ridge vent, our air conditioning system is now able to keep the house at a cooler temperature. Jake, Alex, and Garrett were available to answer all questions (we had a lot of them) at times convenient for us. Garrett was on scene at various times during the roof replacement. The RC Roofing team is exceptional!

I could not ask for better people to work with. Our sales representative Colin M. Got back with us on every single question we had in a timely manner. They worked with us all the way through with our insurance company to make sure everything got covered that was under our policy. We had never had a homeowners insurance claim before and they made it so easy on our end. They did a great job on roof, gutters, a terrific job on the clean up and did not damage any of our landscaping. The roofing crew was very hard working and extremely respectful. We're very pleased with the quality of our new roof, the price, and how the job was managed. RC worked seamlessly with the carpenter and stone mason who rebuilt our chimney prior to the roof installation, managing the project according to everyone's schedules and the weather. The roofing crew was highly skilled and efficient. They replaced a large roof in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site afterwards. Jake came out to look at our roof this week. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, was able to come out a day sooner than our appt was scheduled for, and showed up when he said he would! Gave an honest assessment of what we have going on, and even sealed up a few areas while he was on our roof free of charge. Communication was great- we even had an estimate in my inbox the following morning. It was been hard to find a company that even shows up and follows through with what they say they will do, but RC Roofing has done all of that and more. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend RC Roofing. I called them one night in a panic when there was major leaking during a heavy rainstorm. They not only answered the phone at night, but were quick to come out and check the damage. During their assessment, they also noted many “issues” resulting from the recent poor workmanship of another roofing company located in St Clair MO. They worked with me to correct these “issues.” The guys worked diligently until all was corrected, involving several trips (due to age of house and prior poor workmanship.) The staff from RC Roofing were all very professional and courteous. When they left the job, there was no mess to clean up. They were respectful of my property.
