I highly recommend United Care Transportation! We used their service for the first time today to take my mom to a medical appointment, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, and our driver, Joe, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was polite and supportive, and drove carefully, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey.Since my mom uses a wheelchair, having someone dependable and considerate was especially important. Joe handled everything with great care and made sure she was transported safely. After her appointment, he was right there waiting for us as promised, with no delays. It can be difficult to find transportation services that are both reliable and compassionate, but United Care Transportation made the experience stress-free. A big thank-you to Joe for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. We will definitely be using their service again!
