A couple of weeks ago, my colleague (who’s paraplegic) and I used United Care Link Transportation for airport pickup and drop-off to BWI, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.Scheduling the ride was seamless and easy, the driver was professional & right on time, the van was very clean and smelled great. Our ride to the airport was smooth, and when we returned 2 days after, our driver was already there waiting as scheduled.We’ll definitely use United Care Link Transportation again for future work trips and highly recommend them!
