Lamassu has done an amazing job with helping my disabled clients recieve care, including getting Medi-Cal to approve a variety of services that were denied at other offices! Cant reccomend Dr. Mikha enough, she's so gentle with my clients and that really helps them not want to avoid their appointments!

I am a veteran that was referred out in town due to VA dental clinics being backed up and I chose this office because it was local to me with seemingly good reviews. I arrived to my appointment as scheduled and wait 2 hours in the waiting room before I got seen. While they took in other patients that came after me. The tech was extremely rude, rough and condescending. I never got the cleaning I originally came for. They say I would receive a call to schedule a cleaning but never call back. Communication has been a nightmare with them putting me on hold every time cause it seems like only one person knows anything or something. So many weeks of back and forth with them telling me “I’ll call you next Tuesday cause I’m off these next days” and then Tuesday rolls by and you hear no word from them. I reached out to the VA and they have sent authorizations for cleanings to be done since January. It is now April and I still haven’t got a cleaning. It’s a shame cause the Dr herself seemed to be respectful and professional. But the front staff and techs are incompetent and rude. I have come to a realization that all these good reviews are more than likely their own friends and people. Steer clear from this office, especially if you’re a veteran with VA, you will be treated differently.

Because of the employees there I have to suffer thru days more of pain; they said they checked and they were not my appointed dentist even though I showed them their name was on my insurance card, they said “call them on Monday and check” well I did and they are or of course WERE. Please train your employees better.

One of the greatest clinics that I had visited. So professional dentists “ Dr. Asmahan Mika and dr. Rami Sarkees” are a great team, their skills are something I personally appreciate it. A great place to treat your teeth and your gum issues.
