We used James and his team recently for an ensuite reno. From the moment we met James discussing our plans through to handover (including a deep clean) he was so easy to deal with, punctual, took care in his craft and we had a good laugh along the way. Will be using James again in the future for other works.Highly recommended. AAA+

James is incredibly professional and talented. He completely gutted and renovated our bathroom, and we are so happy with the work he has done.He gave us practical and stylistic advice whilst we were deciding what fittings we should install, and provided us with measurements and suggestions which made choosing the vanity, bath and mirrors very easy.He was always available to contact or call if we had any questions, which made the entire process so easy. He also cleaned up after himself throughout the house the entire time he was renovating. We had a very specific deadline and he worked tirelessly to meet it.I and my family will forever use James for any bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations we need done.Highly recommend James for any renovation needs you have.

We were recommended James from Tile Craft Co. by a friend and we're so glad we chose him for our bathroom renovation. James was directly involved in every step, and he did an incredible job.He helped us find the perfect balance between our desired outcome and our budget, and the final result looks even better than we imagined. What really stood out was his professionalism. James was an excellent communicator, always punctual, and incredibly considerate. As a family of four living in the house during the renovation, we really appreciated that he worked around our schedules and made sure to clean up thoroughly every single day. This made the whole process stress-free and our house always felt livable. We also had a few minor issues after the job was complete, and James was more than happy to come back and fix them.We couldn't be happier with our new bathrooms and would highly recommend James from Tile Craft Co. to anyone!

James did a fantastic job on the tiling at our venue in Balnarring. He was punctual and professional and got the job done with an excellent finish despite the extra challenge of using hand made tiles that I had chosen. Top bloke, highly reccomend!
