Here's the deal. These people work hard. They replaced the neighbors roof in 1 day. There were 9-10 people over there the whole day in 100 degree weather and worked harder than I have ever seen anyone work. They were polite to me. They were respectful of our neighbors home and plants. Everything was done and cleaned up by 7:30 pm. I was impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. Why only 4 stars then you ask? Because their respect of the neighbors parking spots and plants in the ground wasn't so great. There's a corner within walking distance that they could have parked without causing us parking troubles in front of our house. My daughter parks in front and my husband was bringing home our trailer so he needed the room to back up, and with all of the trucks taking up all of the road, no one else could use it. And one guy driving a huge giant truck and trailer used our driveway and rocks where we are growing plants to drive up and back multiple times to back into the neighbors driveway to unload things. Thus destroying the plant I have been carefully tending all year with not even an apology. Less

Have you ever had the contractor that promises to show up and then dodges your phone calls? Or the contractor that asks for half the money up front and then disappears? Well that won't happen with Ambition Remodeling! These people SHOW.UP.ON.TIME.EVERYDAY! This was a first in all of my experiences with contractors and subs. Ambition did a whole house remodel for us and we feel like we actually moved to a new house (this was so much cheaper than buying a new home in today's market BTW). To list everything that was done to our home would make this review pages long, so I will just list a few: Complete remodeling of all bathrooms and the kitchen, added a bathroom, restained all wood doors (solid-core and 16 in total!), new flooring including laminate and carpet, added fans and plumbing, new laundry room remodel with added utility sink, new lighting throughout including 20 new can-lighting fixtures, whole house interior repainted (exterior to come later this fall)... one of the biggest and best changes... whole interior popcorn ceilings scraped and redone! I really could keep this list going, but I will stop there. They do it all! Carmelo runs his teams like they are working on his own home... complete attention to detail and quality above all else. He was able to deliver in every aspect of our remodel... and we added a lot of projects that we weren't even planning to do that they were able to accommodate. He was able to maneuver and complete projects despite inventory and supply chain issues. The teams that Carmelo has working for him are awesome too! They really care and do amazing work. Can I reiterate that they actually show up on time?? Eddie leads his crew and is a wiz with painting and all aspects of a remodel. Nathaniel can also do it all and brings his "inner artist" to every project. The crews actually clean up the areas worked in before they leave everyday, which was also something that I am not used to in my experience with people working on my house. Soooo, this review is longer than I thought it would be, but I needed to put my 2-cents in about this company. When you find a gem and a business like this, it's worth sharing. Have I been paid or compensated to write this review? That is a big, hard NO. I am an actual happy customer that would and will use this company again.
