The process was quick and easy. Garroway was easy to work with, and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The warranty that came with the roof was great as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐After the severe wind and hail storm that hit the Mississippi Gulf Coast on June 8–10, 2025, I learned that my roof had sustained storm damage. Garroway Travers with Roof Squad came out and performed a thorough inspection, explained what he found, and answered every question I had throughout the process.What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. Garroway took the time to walk me through the inspection findings and helped me understand the next steps. Roof Squad worked with me throughout the claim process and helped document the storm damage so I could provide the information my insurance company needed.I was recently approved by my insurance company for a full roof replacement and have already received the first payment installment. The new roof looks outstanding, and the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.If you live in Diamondhead, Kiln, Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Gulfport, Long Beach, or anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I highly recommend having your roof inspected after the June storm. I was so impressed by the honesty and diligence of Roof Squad. They came and inspected the ceiling leak and told me the truth - they told me it had nothing to do with the roof. The man they sent was persistent in trying to identify the cause of the problem with the leak on the ceiling and not only used a drone to view the roof but also crawled into the small space in the attic only to identify that the leak had nothing to do with the roof. He was honest and said to me it was not the roof but a pipe from the air conditioner. I was so grateful to him because two prior roofers came and lied to me and gave me two different and highly contrasting quotes - one for around $300 and the other said I needed the roof replaced and the cost would be close to $10K. I am a woman and I think these two businesses were trying to take advantage of me. I had suspected that it may have been the air conditioner but thought it probably was the roof because of the recent heavy rain. Anyway, the shocking thing was that these other roofers showed me fake pictures that were not of my roof to convince me that the damage was the roof when it was not the roof. Roof Squad took legitimate pictures and showed me the proof that indeed it was not a leak of my roof and that I needed an air conditioner technician. I had been confused by the two vastly differentiated estimates (both of which were dishonest) but Roof Squad was honest and diligent and professional. I am so grateful to Roof Squad because with one of the other roofing companies, not only would I have been out of pocket but there would have been damage to my house and perhaps even a fire hazard from the leakage pertaining to my air conditioner. Roof Squad is definitely honest and I am very very grateful for them for being honest.
