We went to one of the corporate stores and felt like a number and the people did not know what they were selling. Then we went into Mattress Avenue, met Darrell and the rest is history. He explained he had been in business for over 20 years and the business was 100% family owned. Darrell was very knowledgeable as he answered our questions. That first visit we purchased a new bed and 11 days later it was delivered. The bed had to be manufactured which we like as we knew we were purchasing a brand new bed and not one that had been sitting in the warehouse awaiting sale. The delivery guys Joe and Brody were very professional and took great care moving the old bed to a new room and installing the new bed. We will recommend Mattress Avenue to anyone we know in the market for a new bed. I was considering shopping on line for a mattress set but Mattress Avenue could do more for me than Amazon or any on line seller. Mattress Avenue could meet my budget and sleep comfort needs. As well, they not only installed my mattress set, they carted off the heavy old set, which is something Amazon couldn't do for me. The delivery team was professional (nice guys). All and all I'm totally satisfied. Best mattress I've had in many many years.

Unlike other mattress companies Mattress Avenue offers a family like experience. Olivia listened to what I needed and found the best option within my budget. I was moving and needed a bed that day. With COVID, many companies did not have one or pushed to sell me something with less quality or higher pricing. Olivia did not start with her high end front room options but went to her sale room and found me their best selection within the price I wanted. It was like working with a friend. Anthony and Olivia were great! More than just there to sell mattress's. They helped me get the mattress I needed for my back and neck. Plus got me on delivery for next day. I am just so happy with the customer service of this company. The sales person that helped us, Olivia, was just very helpful, kind and understanding. Pricing was much more reasonable than other stores nearby. Exceptionally knowledgeable in which mattress suited us best. On a side note. This is a great company. Olivia was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. This is a family owned company and unlike other big name mattress stores, they don't push you into buying something you don't want. She helped me find mattresses that were inside my price range instead of showing me the most expensive mattresses in the store. The first time I went there, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to go to another store to find more options. Olivia told me that they can price match and order almost anything if they don't already have it. So when I found the one I wanted at a different store, I came back and she found something very similar. It was the same mattress from the same manufacturer, but without the big brand name. Kind of like an off brand but not any less in quality. When she was scheduling a delivery day, she worked with me and my availability. I came in on a Monday which is the only day I have off, so she made sure that I got the mattress the same day so I didn't have to wait an entire week. I'm very satisfied with my experience at this store and I highly recommend this store over any other.
