Consumer Beware I would strongly caution others against using this company. The owner, Aaron, agreed to do the job for a specific price and gave us a specific completion date. Unfortunately, he failed to complete the work by the date he promised. He never provided us with a contract, but he accepted our money and made verbal commitments that we relied on. He even shook my hand and gave me his word, so I trusted that he would stand behind his agreement. On top of that, he left my yard a mess and never cleaned up after the work. The job site was left in an extremely messy condition, which added even more frustration to an already disappointing experience. When we tried to contact him through the company’s customer phone number to discuss the unfinished work, the missed completion date, and the condition he left our property in, he became extremely defensive and angry. We were simply trying to communicate about a job we had paid for and expected to be completed as agreed. His communication and behavior have been very unprofessional and seem consistent with concerns raised in another customer’s review. At this point, we plan to report the matter to the CSLB and pursue the appropriate legal options. I would have been willing to work with him to resolve everything professionally, but his attitude and lack of communication have made that extremely difficult. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. If you decide to hire them, make sure you get everything in writing, including the exact price, scope of work, completion date, cleanup responsibilities, and payment terms. And if you want your yard left a mess, then by all means, hire them. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
