You see a lot of advertisements from brokers on instagram and elsewhere. And you often have to take a leap of faith that it will work out as they have represented. I will say very clearly that over the past 30 years as an active property investor and understanding finance very well myself, I have never met someone so true to their word as Andrew. We were not straight forward clients. I contacted multiple other banks and brokers only to be told they could not help us with all we required from a refinance/equity release.I found Andrew on a Facebook ad and decided to contact him. With Andrew nothing was a problem or too hard. He went through lots of different bank options to find one that would cover all our needs as well as a much better interest rate! We have been able to consolidate debt and are on the hunt for an investment property.He provided regular updates and also phoned with explanations on next steps!
