We submitted an online order and when we picked up the order, the bag was Tied up and we thought everything was in it when we got home we realized that we were missing one of the items that was ordered. We promptly called and the lady apologized and immediately took care of the missing item. We had not been given initially. Additionally, she was very apologetic and offered to make a milkshake for my son to make it right for usā¦ Needless to say she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of.Kudos she created a great review when it couldāve gone the complete opposite way

The food is not quite what it used to be but itās still pretty good for the price and the staff is very friendly, happy, and uplifting! Itās sad to see this place not as popular. Hope they arenāt going anywhere

Chicken was slammin. Whole sandwich was great. Went here on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. Seasoning was perfect. Slaw was great. The sandwich was also huge. They donāt skimp, especially on the meat. Definitely worth going here.

I didn't go to Hangry Joe's but I would like to have. I've been to one in N.VA and it was fantastic. Had their hottest chicken strips and left the place smoldering. My tear ducts were weeping heat from the inside out. It was great. Hope eat here next time I'm in Lynchburg.
