In town for a few days and decided to drop in to the location in Cherry Creek. Kayden was an absolute delight at Prime IV! He was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about all the IV options and add-ons. His warm and professional approach made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The massage chairs were a very nice touch as well 👌🏼 My aunt even signed up for a membership. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I didn't get the employee’s name who was holding down the intake/front desk, but she was very friendly, professional and accommodating. She was welcoming and got us settled promptly with a smile and friendly attitude. Taylor was amazing. Super friendly and fun to chat with but also incredibly knowledgeable and great at her job. I had a minor issue that required me to hang around for a while longer than usual but Taylor was so great at making sure the process didn't feel rushed or awkward at all. She really has the perfect energy to compliment such a welcoming and beautiful space.

I drive 45 minutes out of my way to get an IV drip at this specific prime IV. Cherry Creek has an employee who I believe is also the general manager, Kaila, who is able to administer an IV without bruising me, which is very difficult for most people. I always feel incredible after I get the skinny mermaid. There is a slight up charge for this drip, but worth every penny!!

Had a great experience. The massage chairs are so nice during the infusion. The staff was super sweet and knowledgeable. The IV insertion was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place.
