I had hail damage over the summer and had no idea how to navigate my way through the process. Universal Construction was amazing! They walked me through the steps and helped with all my insurance questions, coordinated all the vendors who would be working on my house and most importantly, they always got back to me in a timely manner. Our project manager was Jordan and he did an awesome job! He never dropped the ball, we never had to worry about what was going on or had to chase him down playing phone tag. He made sure we were well informed and answered any questions. The process was really easy and pretty fast too. The roofers did A great job, getting everything done in less than a day and cleaned up everything really well when they were done. Andy was terrific to work with up front, doing an initial inspection, sitting with us while we called our insurance to go through some claims options (we had some hail damage to the roof), and patiently answered any questions my wife and I had. He also followed up once the project was completed and made sure we were happy with the end product. His communication was A-grade throughout the process. Kerry helped us dial in the project details, walked us through our options, and his team of roofers were excellent professionals. We had a new roof for our house and garage up in just two days, and the crew did a really good job cleaning up afterward.Great experience all around. When the snow melted, we got to enjoy the look and feel of our new roof all over again!
